The US Steam store page shows Oct 14, 2026 instead (checked October 7, 2026).[3] Konami has not published one global unlock time on the official pages we checked.[1][2] The only exact times we found are on PlayStation's own pages, and they differ by region.

In both regions the time works out to midnight local time on October 15 (US Eastern, UK). That is our reading of the two pages. PlayStation does not say it is a midnight launch. These are PS5 Standard Edition times only. Steam, Xbox and Switch had not shown an exact time on the pages we checked.[3][6]
One more PS5 detail: the US page says "Release: 10/15/2026", while the UK page says "Release: 14/10/2026".[4][5] The Steam date of Oct 14 may have a similar regional reason, but we have not confirmed that.
Pre-load: TwistedVoxel (Ali Haider, October 4) reports that the game "will be available to preload from October 13 ahead of its October 15 release."[7] The report does not say which platforms, and no official pre-load notice was found, so treat it as unconfirmed.
